I tripped at one of my little league practices on April 12th, 2008. Received the cast on April 14th after I hoped it might be just a sprain. Ortho diagnosed it as a fracture of the 5th metatarsal also known as a Jones break. Had the cast off June 9th, then went into a walking boot for 6 weeks while still non weightbearing.
